Leadership Coaching. Build Courage.

 Are You a Leader?

You Are Aware that the Answer to that Question is YES ... Right?

Would you like to be a Leader with Courage? Let's Build Your Courage Together!

Do you know you already have a leadership position ... in your family, in your career, in your circle of influence, or in other arenas in life?

Do you lack the courage to step into your God-given gift or want to improve your leadership skills?

Are you needing the courage to explore your responsibility as a leader or to improve your leadership skills in godly ways?

The Greatest Commandment in the Bible given by Jesus Himself in Mark 12:28-31 involves:

  • Following: The best leaders are the best followers.  As Christians, we follow our Lord God. Loving Him with complete loyalty is our first calling and needs to be our highest priority. We explore this together.
  • Loving Ourselves:  Every life is a story ... His story was given to us and lived out through us. Knowing our calling, gifts and talents is possible and sometimes not easy to discern alone.  Why and how we are valued is of critical importance... and is possible to understand. We explore this together.
  • Loving Others: We are called to love others as we love ourselves and in doing so we can be part of transforming lives for His glory and leaving a legacy!  We explore this together.

It would be my honor to help you explore YOUR leadership potential as a woman. Whether you are single or married,  a mom or grandma or not, a sister, an aunt or a friend you are a born leader according to Scripture. Yes, this applies to  your personal and professional life, as well as your ministry. This absolute fact plays out in a variety of ways.

  • In 1 Samuel we see David, a true leader, being chased by King Saul with a death threat  ... having dealt with killing bears and lions and the giant Goliath, the Philistine. At one point he could have taken Saul's life but didn't as he was faithful and trusted in God, not his own "wisdom." "As challenges and crisis confronted him, David acted on what he knew to be true about God, submitting to His authority and demonstrating courage and strength rooted in faith.
  • What about you? Does your leadership reflect a pursuit of God's heart and confidence that He will work all things for your good and His glory?" (Rising to the Call of Leadership  Kay Arthur, David and, B.J. Lawson)

"Whether your COURAGE will stand in tough times is determined by the foundation on Whom it rests.   If your courage rests on who He, the Lord, is then you can have confidence it will stand in large life-storms. Courage is developed by intimate, personal knowledge of and a walk with God.  In knowing Him ... you will be able to Trust Him when He asks you, through the Holy Spirit, to obey Him when you don't understand when it doesn't look like worldly or cultural wisdom or your own wisdom.  To stand on the Truth of God's Word and obey anyway you will need COURAGE built on His Truth and trust in Him developed through times of trials and difficulties."  Kathleen Brooks

This coaching is a deep dive  in your calling as a LEADER.  Leadership is one journey that makes you "dangerous" to the enemy of God. It is an exciting adventure to be sure!
